那天走进保险培训教室时,风里的冷气吹得人有点发颤,但心里刚泛起的一丝怯意,在讲师讲到“逆商”二字时,瞬间就被浇灭了一半。
这堂课不像那些海报上那样光鲜亮丽,反倒透着股让人踏实的烟火气。讲台上有个戴着眼镜的中年男人,讲话慢条斯理,像是在菜市场里挑拣自家种的土豆,不急不躁,可那份“慢功夫”里藏着最硬的内功。我不怕讲得慢,只怕故事讲得忒深,最终还得自己掏钱买单。 刚启动讲“定价”的时候,老师突然停下了手里的粉笔。他指着身边一张全是算盘声的白板,那上面密密麻麻写满了各种复杂的系数和比率。他拿起一颗黄豆大小的珠子,在人群中晃了晃:“你们看,这个数字是不是像日粮里的灰?可要是没把它吃进肚子里,这白茫茫的流逝,指不定哪天就让你饿得连进食都成难题。”我愣了一下,突然意识到自己一直在用“逻辑”来思索风险,而他在教我们的是“数据”的残酷。他说,保险不是要把一个人生病赔了个遍,而是给那个可能一辈子病不起的晚年,先打上一针预防针。
我想起自己上次生病,医生拿着化验单在走廊里来回踱步,那种焦虑感比任何保险条款都让人腿软。
后来我带着那针预防针,才敢跟同事说:“咱们得锁住这个‘灰’,不让它进肚子。”这话听着土,却让我不敢轻易再在深夜里对数字形成犹豫。 接着课程转到了“赔付”这一块。老师拿着一叠皱巴巴的收据,说是他上周帮一个客户理赔时碰到的。他慢悠悠地说:“你看这个单子,七千二,还带着个像烟嘴一样的瑕疵,这玩意儿哪位敢要?但客户也没为难他,他看的是那张纸,他怕的是,万一哪天这纸被撕碎了,没人能告诉他该如何填那个空。”那一刻我脑海里不禁浮现出电影里的老钟表匠,认定这人实际上挺可怜的。可现实又是另一番光景。我上周刚帮一位工厂老板办了保单,他嫌我话多,翻了半天报表跟我扯皮,结局最终老板亲自跑一趟,带着心疼和感激把咱们公司的产品塞给我。他说:“费了如此多劲儿,就是为了最终那个‘别出事’的念头。”我当时就把那份资料攥在手心,手心全是汗。
原来,保险里最珍贵的,往往不是保费,而是那份“别出事”的念头,是那个念头背后,无数人愿意为它花的代价。 最让我触动的是关于“长期”和“复利”的比喻。老师把人生比作一个银行账户,保险就是那张放在最底层的保险柜。他讲到了那个数字:要是一个人一辈子都在为投资赚钱,最终退休时账户里有一亿;可要是这笔钱出于一场意外要么疾病夭折,那么这亿就瞬间缩水了。他举的例子特别扎心,说的是之前隔壁小区那个退休大叔,本来养老金就是两万块,结局出于小检查没查出来,直接拖成了绝症,那两万块瞬间没了,还要额外交几千块的住院费。老师当时眼圈红了,他说:“这哪是治病啊,这是给一个有血有肉的大人,抢走了一辈子能拿到的养老钱,还占着个‘曾经得过病’的名头。” 我不禁反思自己那会儿的好日子。
